Monday Morning Vitality Check: Anyone who calls in sick gets their desk cleaned out by noon. Disease is a mindset. Since implementing this, productivity is up 47% (the other 53% were weak performers anyway).
The 3AM Response Metric: Every email must be answered within 7 minutes, regardless of time. Sleep is when your competition steals your market share. I personally track response times. Bathroom breaks count against your KPI score.
Weekend Warrior Protocol: Saturdays and Sundays are now "Opportunity Days." Not showing up is basically stealing from shareholders. My top performer hasn't seen his kids awake in 6 months. That's what COMMITMENT looks like.
The Funeral Policy: Death in the family? You get 30 minutes for grief, then back to the grind. Your grandma would want you closing deals, not crying. Janet from accounting buried her mother via Zoom from her desk. Now THAT'S an A-player.
I'm not saying I'm better than you, but while you were "maintaining work-life balance," I built three companies, lost my marriage (distractions = deleted), and haven't felt human emotion since 2019.
