The executive head of content and West Africa channels, Busola Tejumola, made this announcement at the prize presentation event in Lagos, where it was also revealed that the season attracted a massive 1.53 billion votes across all voting platforms.
Despite the massive investment required to host the show, Tejumola said MultiChoice was pleased with the outcome and the large number of votes.
